Market Close In Positive Note: Sensex End With 473 points up

    The Sensex settled the day at 29,220.12, up 473.47 points. The broader 50-share Nifty closed at 8,844.60, up 160.75 points.

    "Budget day is highly significant for markets. It has been observed in the past that the volatility on the day of Budget is quite high. Changes announced could impact sectors and companies.

    The BSE Sensex jumped over 500 points on Friday on expectations.The 50-share Nifty jumped 2 per cent above 8,850 as stock markets posted their best single-day advance in nearly six weeks.

    Other shortlisted companies also gained. Tata Power gained 5.2 per cent, Bharat Electronics added 4.8 per cent and Rolta India surged 17.7 per cent.

    The market ended up 271.24 points or 0.9 percent at 28930.41 and the Nifty was up 76.05 points or 0.9 percent at 8776.00. About 1642 shares advanced, 1238 shares declined and 211 shares were unchanged.
    Metals, power, infra, auto and FMCG stocks saw strong buying action. Sesa Sterlite, NTPC, Hindalco, Sun Pharma and BHEL were top gainers in the Sensex. Losers include Dr Reddy's Labs, M&M, Coal India, Bajaj Auto and HUL

    The market introduction of the flat can be, but the business is expected to boom during the June 2 RBI credit policy review which is due to market volatility might see. In today's session trading at Nifty is 8520 to 8330.

    Sugar on NCDEX trade on bearish tone
    Sugar futures continued to trade on bearish tone owing to subdued demand from spot market.
    The July delivery Sugar contract at NCDEX traded on bearish note owing to offloading of position by speculators. Supply glut situation of sugar led the sugar prices fall at lower level to close the future at Rs.2270/quintal, down by 0.74 % from the previous close.
    Small grade traded at Rs 2,402/2,555 whereas Medium grade ruled at Rs 2,540 in Mumbai.

    China's A shares are not included in the MSCI index, the market got support
    Decline in the market for the past seven sessions today's brakes. Sensex and Nifty closed at the highest level of the day. All sector indices of NSE in business today is shopping. Bank Nifty 1.24 percent, auto, IT and Infrastructure index rose more than 2 percent. However, BSE Capital Goods, Auto, Oil & Gas, IT, power and 2 to 1.4 per cent growth in Farm Indeks said.
