    For commercial real estate, there are publicly available reports by the major brokerage houses (CBRE, JLL, etc.) that list vacancy rates, average Class A, Class B rental rates, absorption, etc. Where can such data be found for residential real estate?

    I think today many things are available online so if you are searching for residential real estate you can just search in google and you will get the info.

    There are several methods to figure out the residential real estate rental rates for any area.


    1. 1- Firstly, Use your thumb to tap some house hunting app and type in the desired area and compare it with other house-hunting websites.
    2. 2- Contact some Local Agent or Property broker. He can provide you with many options
    3. 3-Or, You can go to any local grocery shop buy a cold drink and jump in to the discussion with shopkeeper with worried expressions on your face. This will surely nail the best deal for you.
