    In present scenario, real estate investing gives better return in India. It's a purely long term investment. But it depends upon your point of thinking to invest in Residential or Commercial. Because both areas have their own benefit. Noida is a well planned city and is developing day by day. As your budget around 70 to 80 lacs, So invest in Residential properties in Noida.
