  1. Hoskote
Hoskote is in proximity to Central Business Districts and has great connectivity with other parts of the city through the NH4. Residential construction has been increasing here since the past few years with many that are under-construction, which can be attained at very reasonable prices. Most of the residential constructions are being made along the Whitefield-Hoskote Road. Its proximity to the industrial areas of Narasapura and Malur also make it one of the top areas for investment at present. Plots available here measure between 800 to 2000 square feet, which cost at an average Rs. 20 lakhs. You can check for villas and plots in Hoskote near Bangalore that are built by the renowned Adisesh Projects, if you want a good buy with the best amenities.
    Narasapura
Located in Kolar, 65 kilometres away from Bangalore, the Karnataka Industrial Development Board has allotted 685 acres of land for industrial development in this area. Many companies including Honda, Mahindra and Swedish have already built up their industries here. You can imagine how high properties in this area are going to rise once it gets established. Plots are expected to reach Rs. 900 per square feet by next year.

i have been born and brought up in bangalore and we have a ancestral house in bannerghatta . so i definitely going to choose bannerghatta. trust me there is no such place as bannerghatta. comparatively to other areas of Bangalore like HSR Layout, whitefield, electronic city and others are so crowdy and there is always a scarcity of water but bannerghatta is not like that it is very well connected to the main road, quite not too pouted with cars and bikes and there no water scarcity what else do you want the bannerghatta road projects are best for your investment
