You can get all the basic facilities easily in Delhi/NCR and now Metro is also a major factor of connectivity. That's why Delhi/NCR is the good investment hub.

Certain areas in the national capital region (NCR) have shown consistent growth in terms of capital appreciation in recent times. These are emerging areas where physical, civic as well as social infrastructure is developing at a rapid pace. For first time investors, in particular, these areas hold immense potential.
  4. Property prices in Delhi-NCR tend to rise. If you want to join the club of investors and home buyers, here is what you need to know about the five most sought-after localities in the NCR:

New Gurgaon: Located in Haryana, this is the current focus of real estate developers. Owing to better connectivity, thanks to NH8, Kundli-Palwal Expressway and Dwaraka-Gurgaon Expressway, it has become an area that is expected to deliver good returns in a few years. A large number of new projects in sectors 82 to Sector 92 make it an attractive destination for investors.

Right now Delhi ncr are going good from real estate point of view. Huge demand in Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and as well as Yamuna Expressway. Yamuna Expressway road connects two important destinations of National and International importance – National Capital Delhi and tourist center Agra. Related to Delhi NCR i found one survey report which is published in commonfloor website. you can check this report.

A survey of Delhi NCR’ disclosed Gurgaon’s position being catapulted on top in the list of 10 realty investment destinations. Ghaziabad, another rising hub for real estate investment, was ranked sixth followed by other cities in the league: Panipat, Meerut, Sonepat and Rewari.
The survey found that these cities drew attention of investors because of their notable features: good transit-facilities, ample job opportunities and great infrastructures like schools, hospitals etc. falling within proximity.
“Good transport connectivity, existence of employment opportunities and availability of social infrastructure including schools, colleges, hospitals, etc. have made these destinations attractive for real estate investments,” the chamber quoted as saying.
Adding further, the report also praised metro construction to be the boosting factor of investment sentiments in these surveyed cities. The metro construction also increased prices of the adjacent properties, thus mounting their values. The survey also found that price is the most decisive factor for evaluating investment worthiness of a real estate property in a location.
In addition to this, people liked the idea of investing in Delhi NCR properties mainly because of investment purpose, while residential occupancy was the second motive for the same.
According to the survey, things such as higher interest rates of loans, poor demands, inflationary pressure and economic uncertainty are the key reasons tumbling down real estate market into an almost unrecoverable downturn. It also suggested reduction of home loan interest rates to be made on self-occupied flats for up to Rs 5 lakh from the present level of Rs 2 lakh. If implemented, the step will do justice to the desirable surge in demand in the housing sector.
    Thank you.....
